ONLINE SUPPORT SUITE

IQ Retail provides online support for clients to log in, post queries and view logs.
REMOTE SUPPORT
IQ Retail also provides remote support. Where a client's internet connection is able to support this option, it allows IQ Support Technicians to log in remotely in order to assist clients.
FAQ
The IQ Retail Knowledge base allows clients and resellers to view common questions and other system related issues as well as the way in which to solve them.
TELEPHONIC SUPPORT
IQ Retail provides telephonic support for clients and resellers.
The subscriber is entitled to unlimited Telephonic Support during office hours.

RESELLER SUPPORT
IQ Retail provides country wide support throughout its base country, South Africa, as well as in various other countries around the world. These are IT professionals who have met the standards required by IQ Retail to sell and install the software.

UPGRADES: (For all systems except Enterprise)
IQ Retail (Pty) Ltd provides free minor updates (x.01, x.02) for both bug fixes and general enhancements. These upgrades may be downloaded from our website at any time.
Major upgrades (2.x, 3.x) will be available approximately once a year. The enhancements and new features will be published on our website, and the price of such upgrades will be approximately 15% of the current price of the software.
The special upgrade pricing offered to existing customers is only available to customers that have purchased or upgraded to the most current version. For example, if you purchased IQ Elite version 1.0, but have not upgraded the product to the 2.0 version, you will cease to be eligible for any special 3.0 upgrade pricing as soon as the 3.0 version is released. Only customers of the current 2.0 version are eligible for special 3.0 upgrade pricing. The reason for this policy is to keep the ordering process simple and avoid the confusion of having 10 to 20 different product numbers for the various upgrade paths.
Furthermore, we will only support 2 major versions at any time. If version 3.0 is released, support on version 1.xx will cease.
