We, however will not be taken into debate regarding content displayed on the website or other documentation and marketing material released by IQ Retail (Pty) Ltd. Any conflict of information will be corrected when pointed out and all such conflicting information will be resolved at IQ Retails (Pty) Ltd's management discretion.

The domain names

The internet domain name www.iqretail.co.za and www.iqsoftware.co.za is registered and intended for use by IQ Retail (Pty) Ltd only. We will not relinquish ownership of these domains. The domains are protected and enforced by the (.co.za) governing body.

Enhancement and incident reports are listed on the website for your convenience. We are however under no obligation to publish all enhancement and incident reports to the users name or company that reported it.

The website is hosted at a third party company and IQ Retail (Pty) Ltd will not be held accountable in the unlikely case that data are stolen or lost.
